A presentation with illustrations for Twaweza to support an important dialogue with funders funding east african countries: the bulk of development resources still goes to governments but there is a broad sense that progress is too slow or money gets siphoned off.  Millions of people are not getting the services they need, opportunities to thrive are constrained and poverty persists. This presentation demonstrates in incremental graphic stages how the current situation can be improved upon.
