A sticker and postcard set to inform and remind intravenous drug users to avoid the risks associated with intravenous drug use. The challenge is to try to engage with a hard to reach audience. The postcards and sticker set became part of the healthworkers' process of engagement with the IDUs: the IDUs were given one sticker per visit to their clinic, which was stuck onto the postcards under the guidance of their healthworker. The 6 stickers were collected onto the postcard and on completion, the IDU was given a gift.
